Policies
Automotive Emporium does not sell and/or provide your personal
information to any companies other than the shipping company. We also
do not store or ever recieve any of your personal payment information such
as credit card or banking account information.
Once product(s) have been received, arrangements must
be made within 14 business days and must be shipped out
by the 14th day.
roduct(s) can be returned if the incorrect product(s) was
shipped by us or if the buyer ordered the wrong part. We will
cover the shipping cost for the return, if we shipped the
wrong part, and the initial shipment cost. If the buyer ordered
the wrong part, the buyer is subject to pay both shipment
costs.
The product(s) can not be modified in any way. They must
be returned in the original packaging or better.
For cancellations of orders in transit (to buyer), a 25%
restock will be held. Buyer must refuse the shipment.
Cancellation of special order wheels from manufacture,
can not be refunded. Custom made wheels are not returnable.
Product(s) can be returned if there is dissatisfaction
with the product within 14 days, and is subject to a restocking
fee of 20%. Buyer must pay the return shipping cost.
Products which installation has been attempted by professionals
and the installation could not be completed due to fitment
issues are able to be fully refunded upon proof and Automotive
Emporium will pay for the shipping back.
Part(s) that are not professionally installed and later
problems occur with that part(s), that part(s) can not be
returned for any reason.
Used parts can not be returned.
Cancelled orders that have been paid for and are cancelled
before the order has shipped, are subject to a 20%
charge.
