FAQ

When does my card get charged?
Once the order is confirmed, and you fax us (888 831 4711) a signed invoice, which we will send to you first. Then you can verify your order.

How long to ship once I order?
Once the order is confirmed, shipping is 2-3 days after an on the shelf item. If the item is made to order, it could take up to 2 weeks for body kits and 5 months for custom built wheels.

Do you only sell what is on your site?
No, there are so many products, it is difficult to keep them all on the website.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds/ Credits are allowed for specific cases, please view our return policy.

Any customer information obtained through, email, a sale, telephone or any other medium of communication or submissionof information, is held in complete confidence within Automotive Emporium. This information is not shared, sold or provided to anyone other than employees of Automotive Emporium.

Policies

eBay Refund Policy

  • Products purchased on eBay are not refundable, only exchanged.

  • They can only be exchanged if the product has not been modified or changed in any way, after receival. They must be returned in the original packaging or better.

Automotive Emporium Refund Policy (not purchased via ebay)

  • Once product(s) have been received, arrangements must be made within 14 business days and must be shipped out by the 14th day.

  • roduct(s) can be returned if the incorrect product(s) was shipped by us or if the buyer ordered the wrong part. We will cover the shipping cost for the return, if we shipped the wrong part, and the initial shipment cost. If the buyer ordered the wrong part, the buyer is subject to pay both shipment costs.

  • The product(s) can not be modified in any way. They must be returned in the original packaging or better.

  • For cancellations of orders in transit (to buyer), a 25% restock will be held. Buyer must refuse the shipment.

  • Cancellation of special order wheels from manufacture, can not be refunded. Custom made wheels are not returnable.

  • Product(s) can be returned if there is dissatisfaction with the product within 14 days, and is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Buyer must pay the return shipping cost.

  • Products which installation has been attempted by professionals and the installation could not be completed due to fitment issues are able to be fully refunded upon proof and Automotive Emporium will pay for the shipping back.

  • Part(s) that are not professionally installed and later problems occur with that part(s), that part(s) can not be returned for any reason.

  • Used parts can not be returned.

  • Cancelled orders that have been paid for and are cancelled before the order has shipped, are subject to a 20% charge.
